This page is the admin and leadership side of the system. It is meant to show how a leader could add or edit fryers, manage boil-out timing rules, and manage alert recipients. In this public preview, controls are visible for evaluation, but all editing is disabled.
How this connects to NFC use
The leadership side supports the fryer pages that would open from NFC taps in the kitchen. This is where the structure behind that workflow would be managed.
